The high quality of Delair™ installations lay the foundation for a very interesting commercial and technical life. Regular maintenance is essential to extend product lifecycles by preventing the negative effects of wear and tear such as the accumulation of water vapor in a compressed air system. We provide an array of supporting services performed by a team of well-trained and experienced service engineers.
Furthermore, each maintenance contract is fully tailored to meet the specific needs and specifications of your equipment; for example, in the form of an inspection-only contract; a preventative service contract, including the periodic replacement of original parts; or an all-in contract that covers the complete care of your compressed air dryer system. Our team ensures you can always be confident that your systems are operating at peak performance.
Delair™ provides all necessary spares and components for your system. We guarantee the availability of every part of your system for at least the average lifetime of the system itself. Because the smallest difference in the design of a spare part can have a significant impact on the efficiency, reliability, and profitability of your installation, we select the replacement part to the exact specifications as the original.
Compressed air dryer adsorbents are often rejected based on age. Delair™ has access to its modern laboratory that can accurately determine the performance of your desiccant. Amongst many other things, the crush strength of the desiccant is analyzed, as this is an important parameter that reveals the potential aging of the material. Premature replacement of desiccants puts unnecessary negative pressure on your operating costs. In contrast, late replacement has undesirable consequences for the lifespan of your filter elements, higher energy costs due to the dryer having more frequent regeneration cycles, the failure sensitivity of your compressed air and your measurement and control equipment.
At the Delair™ facility in the Netherlands, we opened a new service and repair center. This service and repair center is created to support all our brands within the EMEIA region. By having all service and repair competences in one location, fully equipped service stock to provide high quality service activities, and our rental possibilities, we can offer you carefree solutions and support.
